Data Deletion
Request permanent deletion of all data LeadFlow NeuroSophia holds about you.
What data we hold
- –Account profile: name, email address, business details
- –Meta integration: OAuth access token, connected ad account IDs, and Facebook Page IDs you authorized
- –Campaigns: ad campaigns, ad sets, creatives, and performance metrics created through our platform
- –CRM contacts, conversations, and messages you imported or received
Option 1 — Disconnect your Meta account
Removes only your Meta OAuth token and integration data. Campaign history is preserved in your LeadFlow account.
- Sign in to LeadFlow
- Go to Settings > Integrations
- Click Disconnect next to Meta Ads
You can also revoke access directly from Facebook App Settings. Meta will send a deletion callback to our server and we will purge your integration data automatically.
Option 2 — Delete all your data
Permanently deletes your account and all associated data: profile, Meta integration, campaigns, CRM contacts, conversations, and messages. This action is irreversible.
Send a deletion request by email
Send an email to privacy@leadflowneurosophia.io with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address registered to your account.
Deletion timelines
After processing your request, we will send a confirmation email with a deletion reference code. If you connected your Meta account, Meta may also confirm the deletion through their Data Access page.
